VISEO USA provided application maintenance for several global clients with subsidiaries in North and South America, working with VISEO's maintenance center in France. The work was to analyse and resolve production issues on SAP ECC and to configure and test changes to sales, purchasing, billing and inventory flows. For the Brazilian subsidiaries this included the Nota Fiscal and Brazilian tax procedures.

How the service worked
The maintenance contract was run from VISEO's maintenance center in France, with me as the functional logistics expert on the US side for clients whose subsidiaries spanned North and South America. The work was to analyse and resolve production issues, and to configure, test and develop changes to the sales, purchasing and billing flows.
