Christian Dior Couture (2023-2024): Managed the IT side of merging Dior's US e-commerce logistics into the existing retail warehouse run by a third-party logistics provider, from interface requirements through cutover, hypercare and warehouse operations.
ID Logistics / Kane Logistics (2022-2023): Rolled the ID Logistics SAP S/4HANA core model out to its newly acquired US subsidiary Kane Logistics, adapting Kane's billing structure to the core sales and purchasing processes.
Tiffany & Co. (2021-2022): Worked on the deployment of Cegid as the store system for Tiffany's US stores, covering master data, stock transfers and their interfaces.
Lacoste (2020-2021): Led the implementation of Signifyd payment-time fraud prevention on Lacoste's Salesforce Commerce Cloud web stores, first for Mexico and then for Canada, from design and historical-data load to go-live tuning.
Christian Dior Couture (2020): Designed and tested Cegid Y2 enhancements for the rollout of a POS solution built for Dior's US boutiques, then trained users and supported stores through go-live.
Lacoste (2020): Managed the IT side of moving Lacoste's footwear division to a new third-party warehouse, whose interfaces were built to fit Lacoste's standard Orliweb solution, through testing, cutover and WMS go-live support.
Lacoste (2020-2021): Prepared Lacoste's US pilot stores for a cloud mobile point of sale on iPhone: peripherals, cost tracking, internet connectivity, a dedicated store network and connectivity monitoring, with Cegid kept running in parallel.
Ingenico (2019-2020): Configured new retail companies in SAP for Ingenico's separation of its Retail and Bank & Acquirer businesses in Canada, the USA and Mexico, replicating existing flows and building an intercompany re-invoicing flow.

L'Oréal (France) (2010): Set up a ReadSoft invoicing flow into SAP for L'Oréal's perfumery division, alongside SD bug fixes, performance work and user-exit programming.

Univar (2010): Reinforced the SAP SD development team of Univar, a global distributor of industrial and specialty chemicals, on enhancements and production fixes.
Total (2009-2010): My first functional role: configuring a new pipeline-sales flow in SAP SD on top of IS-Oil TSW for Total's bulk oil logistics, and acting as the functional analyst and test lead for an offshore ABAP team in India.
Allianz France (2008-2009): ABAP developer in Allianz France's SAP competence center for FI/CO and BW. Redesigned a legacy accounting-data load in object-oriented ABAP and monitored the nightly finance loads into BW.
Gaz de France (2006-2008): ABAP developer on Gaz de France's SAP IS-U and CRM program for the July 2007 opening of the French energy market. Built inbound interfaces on a reusable file-to-IDoc pattern and tuned performance for a base of 11 million customers.
